I am passionate about helping others achieve their optimal health goals. I hold a master’s degree in Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health, a post-baccalaureate certificate
in Herbal Studies, and a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from Georgetown University. I am a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist in the State of Maryland.

Our mission is simple. At Alpha Wellness we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) through personal customized nutrition plans to help clients manage chronic conditions. We take a holistic approach to wellness by teaching our clients how to make better food choices, exercise more often and get more sleep.
We connect via telehealth or in person at our Lanham, MD office (by appointment only).
